WHAT IS KWIK CRICKET?

Kwik Cricket is a simple game for all boys and girls from 5 years of age upwards. It is the Result of many years of detailed product development and research by the England and Wales Cricket Board in consultation with cricket coaches, Cricket Development Officers, education authorities, teachers and children.

The emphasis of Kwik Cricket should always be on participation and enjoyment. In practice any number of children can play, from 2 to 32. Simply adapt the game to your own particular environment in terms of time available and numbers playing. In the booklet included with the kit, we have suggested a number of game formats that can be adapted as necessary.

The Kit

Kwik Cricket equipment is made from high quality moulded plastic. It is light enough for small hands yet extremely tough and hard wearing. It has been designed as an alternative to traditional equipment to allow the game to be played safely on any flat surface either indoors or outdoors at any time of the year. Over the years, the equipment has been constantly improved to meet the requirements of today’s children, teachers, coaches, young leaders, parents and other adults who help our future young cricketers.
